A carrier onboarding marketing campaign.
Overview
The Carrier Onboarding Campaign was a cross disciplinary project that included work from the Marketing Team, Customer Support and Design. Our goal was to increase the number of new, qualified carriers on the uShip platform. The campaign consisted of a new landing page dedicated to helping new carriers get started in addition to a Welcome Kit that was mailed to select new carriers after registration.
Campaign Landing Page
I worked with the copy writer and the marketing team on messaging and layout design. We worked together to identify the necessary information that a new carrier would need to know about the product.
I built the landing page in WordPress using modules from our component library. I created vector graphics for each of the seven steps that reflected the brand and followed the design language system.
I also worked with the video editor on the marketing team on the creation of video assets for the video tutorials that were embedded on the landing page.
Welcome Book
The team wanted to send new qualified carriers welcome kits with swag and information on how to get started with uShip. I worked with the copy writer on the topics that we wanted to feature and created a small, 24 page, printed Welcome Booklet. The Welcome book was sent to carriers as part of the welcome kit.
I received quotes from several local print shops and worked with the printer to oversee press checks and the production of 1000 books.
